Saving my life (For the Hell challenge)

Tears are rolling down my cheek like pearls
shimmering, sparkling in the black night
and the shell is cold as ice, and I'm freezing
its winter outside . . .

And it's snowing in Hell . . .

there is a frozen lake in my heart
I am skating in my mind, far away . . .
as long as the ice can carry me . . .
our shall I dwell at the bottom at this lake

the ice is breaking . . .

Hell NO! I am a fighter who don't give up . . .
this is not the first battle and surely not the last
so I take my shield and raise my sword
out on the battlefield, saving my life . . .

Love is my religion . . .

Kathy Lockhart
great imagery Dan. I love those metaphors too. I believe in love above and beyond everything else. It saves the world.
