Now as a Girl Guide, my daughter Somer lives by a motto WWJD, What Would Jesus Do, in every situation she comes across. Now not being a part of the God Squad, I chose the epitome of an English Gentleman as my role model, hence...

WWDND?

He wouldn't shout or freak you out
He's kind and thoughtful, of that, have no doubt
He wouldn't stray or go behind
What you would see as enemy lines
He opens doors, lets ladies pass
He'll deal with Cads, put em on their arse

Today has been his awakening
From a life that's burnt to Hell
He's loving himself again,
Can you not tell?
He's drinking from the cup of nature
He's bringing home the bacon
He's making sure his girl is happy
Of that there is no faking

"Would one care to dance?" he'll say with delight
You cannot resist his charm, try as you might
"I'll look after you, you'll see"
"We'll be fine together, you and me"
"We'll climb the highest mountain"
"And sing until we are sore"
"We'll dance together in the fountain"
"Like no "Friends" have done before"

Ladies always come first, to his way of thinking
Now he's got somewhere, there'll be no more drinking
He'll play golf when his lady is busy
He won't ever let her get in a tizzy
Cos then he'd be horrible and that's just not true
I question myself, What Would David Niven Do?
