a story of loss, love, and life...

A Lovers' Ballet

I was but stardust upon the moon
Swirled among elements of creation
Lost in the shifting sands of life
One granule in the cosmic ocean
Alone yet surrounded by the cold
Dark echoes of failure and regret
Empty of all semblance of myself
An entity of harshness and neglect
Scattered by winds of eternity
I floated hopelessly without design
Ice crystals inside whispered silence
Covered all breath that was mine
But you appeared like the sun rising
Dawn's arrival brought me clear sight
You spoke to me of a new destiny
With a chorus of rays spreading light
I sing in the colors of your prism
As we dance in the sweet Milky Way
We shine as stars in the heavens
Burning brilliant in a lovers' ballet

you combined nature' beauty , different feelings of hope and life. used natural scence and combined them with feeling according to what they relate and ended with a hope happily. it's one of the best Kath. Bookmarked and will be delightful to read it more.

A magical fairy dust tail! With a happy ending! It just floats along all sad and lonely, taking the reader in and making the lonely, lost grain be the reader, then it all happens, in a magical moment, the woeful drifing lonely ballet comes alive with love and purpose and joy and all is possible, the whole heaven is open to love!

You so touch the feeling of becoming alive in love .. how this sensational feeling makes us dance ... in heaven which for lovers is taken down to earth ... and here they dance protected by loves magical circle .... It is a wonderful write and I read and I am captured by the pictures your words give me ...

"I was but stardust upon the moon
Swirled among elements of creation
Lost in the shifting sands of life
One granule in the cosmic ocean
Alone yet surrounded by the cold
Dark echoes of failure and regret
Empty of all semblance of myself
An entity of harshness and neglect"

this part was a part that talked the loudest to me ... it is a beautiful opening ...

best wishes
