she came over today and i just had to take a picture of course and i just had to write her a poem and i just had to post them both here. Why? Because I am her Nana!


My Little Daisy

My little Daisy
you are amazing
with your chubby cheeks
that need to be tweaked
and that little smile
makes me linger awhile
thinking about all the good
and things that should
be important to us.
Like a little girl
just sprouting a curl
from the top of her head
lying on my bed
giggling and cooing
having me pursuing
sweet joy.
And, may I employ
you to make me grin
as i kiss your drool covered chin
little sugar blossom

I want to write more ...Daisy's photo has inspired me. She is like a spring ,hopeful...I was a little upset(because i am so busy with my school subjects) before I read your poem and saw her photo. but now I am just smiling.It is spring and your sweet Daisy is blooming.
