Two hearts in true love understand each others' silence. The beauty of silence between these hearts will be lost if words come between. So words fail.

But when not in love, two hearts can misunderstand each others' silence. So words are necessary, as silence fails.

If expressed with silence and words mixed appropriately, no matter if there is love or not between two hearts, they reach to create love. So, love is created by
Word with silence
Silence with word
because, silence becomes powerful with appropriate words and word becomes powerful with appropriate silence.
This is the point where the poem reaches its peak. And at the peak it happens:
Love in heart
Glow in eye...

And slowly the poem rolls down back with the same lines....
