One thought over what happens on this little green globe, and how fragil our life is

TSUNAMI

Ruthless – without mercy
it washed violently over the beaches
leaving, just a gigantic grave
above which . . .
A Deathly Silence Ruled.

Everything
buildings, humans
– men, women, children
disappeared in a monstrous wave
. . .
to be caught in Poseidon's fishing net

Bethink . . .
our dance on the stage of life
is as fragile as the morning dew
on a withered leaf

a sudden scud
– and all falls down

So let us then . .
do all we can
– to help our neighbour
– to relieve our fellow man
from misery and agony

And then
if we merely can achieve
one slightest little bit
of this our intension . . .
it is a consummation devoutly to be wished

Wonderfully writen my friend! We cannot fight or handle Natures powers but we can take care of our mother nature. In a better perspective . . . than what we do now :) *applause*and*bookmarked* of course!
