Seeds

I am trying to get back to my grass roots but i have completely run out of seeds...
Johnny fulfill my needs...please plant another for me that will lead me towards greener pastures.
Take away my bark and i may be inclined to bite you and leave splinterd marks in your side
Take notice and abide by these laws of nature Johnny
Rest on me and take comfort in my shade, if you like you can wade through my leaves and get lost in a fantasy...

Cant you see that the world is awaiting your arrival
Its a matter of survival Johnny
Its a matter of a revival Johnny
Take me with you in your pocket as long as you bring me water and a taste of the sun...

Drop us off one by one as you have always been a gentleman...
Be gentle man and pick up the waste left in your path
Clean with green and bask in all the glory of natures wrath
Johnny apply your seed and feel the need to create...

Hey Johnny...can you relate?

...this land is your land, this land is my land...

Sing with us and Demand your just rewards for you have given tranquility where there was none...
You have lived in humility even when they said that you were finished, when in truth; you had only just begun...

So drop us off one by one as you have always been our guardian...
Try not to be so hard on them...
Lock the doors behind you and sun starve your design through windows enhancing its strength...
let it pour on us Johnny as you continue to go to great lengths...

Let us grow underground and push daisies to break through with the sound of our songs and long for the day that we will all live again in harmony...

Just sift through the hurt as we lay in the dirt while they try and do harm to you...Johnny; Please Johnny, see from your pod and concede nothing as you show them that these seeds are planted for life...
Take your knife and cut them deep with its blade, and bleed into the soil of where we now lie and of which we were made...

Show the world that we are the rarest of all as we give air to breathe and the coolest of shade...so they will know that without you to protect us... Johnny...we would have never been saved...
