The problem with the king-size bed

 

Movements of the king-size bed
all things clear in my head
but the room is too small
my apartment is not Whitehall
and politics is not the right now

so I allow myself knowing-how
I am my own "haus-frau"
declaring that my home is my castle
struggling with my tasteful temple
that I call my home and essential

the well-being coach of my furniture's
choosing to let it all be

singing in the shower . . .

today is today
tomorrow is another day

I know what you mean! Having lived with 6 other people in a house made for 4, I have my own little experience of space problems. (You didn't know an Alien could have space problems, didya :-D)
BTW, what counts is not the size of the king . The important is your well-being, and the well-being of the being you can approach, even on the TV coach...
(What the hell am I talking about, anyway??...)
