this is after chapter 1.
Toxicidia gave a dark glare at Selendra and her beauty. As Selendra was burned by the Ivy vines that cut her skin Toxicidia said evilly as she tightened the vines "I have true beauty within and outside me. I'm going to suck you and your precocious fairy race dry. They are the ones along with you who have caused me and my friends nothing but misery! So prepare to feel the dark fairies' ultimate wrath as we make all fairies of light extinct?!" The goblins who worked for Toxicidia grabbed the two sided pink plants known as energy-suckers and placed the first side on Selendra's mouth as Toxicidia placed the other side on hers. She then gave a seductive smile and Selendra screamed as her energy was being sucked in by Toxicidia. The goblins then snickered as Toxicidia was enjoying every minute of Selendra's suffering. The goblins then commanded others to storm the village.
Faith and Lorelina rested at a tree past the purple plant field for the night as fireflies brightened the tree for them. Lorelina then said tired "Where are we supposed to find Toxicidia's hideout? We'll never save lady Selendra in time. We've failed her and Philippe." She then threw her sword down as Faith replied picking up Lorelina's sword "We might've failed her, but we will stop Toxicidia. Philippe is counting on us. She will be the leader of the council if anything happens to Selendra. C'mon. Let's sleep for now. Night, Lorelina, my very best friend." Lorelina nodded. They woke up and felt a silence come over the forest then saw the celestial blue jays fly ahead carrying a lifeless Selendra who was destroyed by Toxicidia in the night.
Faith and Lorelina followed the blue jays back to the fairy village as they quietly said the Lord's Prayer while the blue jays were singing a farewell song in their language of song to the silent spirit, Selendra who was in a deep sleep never to awaken again. Philippe quickly ran out to the entrance with the other starlets and saw Selendra dead as she cried. Faith and Lorelina saw the blue jays place Selendra in Philippe's arms then flew away in a formation of a teardrop as Philippe wiped the tears out of her eyes. They followed her deep inside the cathedral and Philippe along with the other starlets placed her lifeless mother, Selendra into a casket made of glass as prism light went through. "I guess your leader of the light council now, Philippe. We tried our best to save her." Lorelina said comforting Philippe. A tree of white flowers was dying as Faith said looking at Philippe with honor before she and Lorelina prepared to leave "We have been loyal to your mother for years and we'll be forever loyal to you. We will find Toxicidia and when we do, we will make sure she hurts no one else." With that said, Lorelina and Faith flew away past the fairy village as Philippe waved a silent goodbye wishing her friends good luck in the journey ahead of them while the cold wind blew rose petals into the sky.
