Asked what I'd like , '' coffy , corn beef ,
penguin please'', I asked for , duly were given,
When sat down at a table , put suger in to my cup
of coffy , unwrapped my corn beef roll,
Took out my mobile, begane a text to send to my friend,
A girl I say a girl more a teenager , At a guess, not slim
bouldering on the thin , maybe anorexic ,
She began to talk , but I was almost at the end of my text,
I tryde to type in my text , yet show I was listening to her,
When I noticed her left arm , almost covered in healed scars ,
She was a self harmer , I know she wonted , needed to talk,
Just one or two more words , love , and I'll be with you,
I wished she had read that in my smile, my eyes ,
But as I clicked and sent , in came her sister , twins , no dowt, also to slim,
I could see her right arm , same as her twin , cuts , healed ,
How I thort of what paine had course them to infilckt such paine,
Upon them self's , maybe this Friday I will see them again and maybe
I can listen , to one or both , show I care , that they matter, to me.
By open my ears , listening , open mind , open hart.

IDENTICAL TWIN's - BOTH SELF HARM - WHY?
last Friday , I called in to the free cafe,Asked what I'd like , '' coffy , corn beef ,
