There's Enough Desert For Everyone!



Its a curse for Israel
And a curse for the Arabs.
A curse over the world.

This is not about land,
This is about two brothers,
Struggling for supremacy.

Let's heal the wounds,
Seal the chasm,
Make peace
With all children of Abraham.

Let us share the land,
We are both right.
Both craving for a
Homeland that
Lives in peace.

There is enough desert
For everyone!

We all believe,
We all want,
We all ache for
Peace,
Salam,
Shalom.

Even our tongues
Are like twin-brothers,
Loving each other
To death,
But fighting,
Every day.

We can live together,
In peace,
With peace.

There is enough desert
For everyone!

Oh if only it could, but i fear the stubborness of men to put behind them for the sake of the future,seems a slim one indeed, but i wish for all your prayers to be answered Esti, for your sake theirs and the rest of the worlds :-)

what if the rest of these two peoples could think and feel as you have expressed here.....a beautiful world this would be. But this struggle as you know has it roots in jealousy, and heartache and will continue on i am afraid till the end of days. i share your wish dear esti, and pray that the heart of man would come to receive the peace we all long for.
