A poem about the place I was locked up in.

I Remember.

Yes I still remember,
The darkness of the night,
The sounds that helped me,
Until the morning light.

You walking in on me,
Telling me what to do,
Me staring back in shock,
Wondering who the hell are you.

I remember the orders,
You laid upon my day,
I remember all the aspects,
How you changed my ways.

You thought you helped me,
But you only put me down,
You were the master,
I was bowing to the crown.

You wrote down your notes,
And even turned me in,
Sometimes at night,
I relive those days again.

I never will forget you,
You will stay in my mind,
I've been searching evil,
You're the only thing I can find.

Incarceration is never pleasant it dehumanizes the soul. Good write and well said. Happy trails.

You're the only thing I can find."

interesting text - the best revenge is having a succesful happy future - when held in others dominance is hard to forget but I'm sure in time you will be stronger and certain of what you want and not what others want you to do or b like. :)
