A SPAN OF TIME AND HISTORY THAT I AM
At fore and fivety years of ageI have know lived and seen
So much
Seen man land upon the moon
Computers in nigh eavrey house
Seen wars on the T V , saw in black
And white then in couler blood spelt
Dead body's close up on the box
seams to be a war eavrey day
Evrey wear Vitnam , six day war
Golf war's one and two
The Iraq Iran war so like the western front
Fult out in the desert so no mud , same gore
All the same
To name just a few
People starveing childrn , woman and men
My grand dads went of to war ww1
Believed it were the war to end all wars
Dad went off to war 21 years later
He went off to his war
Nowt changed has it?
oh yes we had V H S , then d v d's
And H D T V , so damed thin now
Wars so serfistcaited now of course so tecky ,
I have to agree, so now the blood so RED
The dead so death like now
Soon may be man and woman may land on Mars.
