Emporium

It is every drop,
every vestige of you
that keeps me smiling,
long after closing time.
I walked into the emporium
of your smiles,
'open all hours'
and bought a candy bar
and placed it on the tab.
When we wake
we will share
toothpaste smiles
and I'll laugh
at your crocodile frown.

I like this. It's playful and clever. I like the line about "toothpaste smiles"
^_^

I would have written this, once. I think I would rather read your art though, and let life happen. :)
