A.T.P.

There's a point
beyond the discomfort
a point that's not
for the weak of mind
some say for the insane
the point ABOVE THE PAIN
(A.T.P.)

That point where
reps don't count
that point where your
muscles get a pump
from every single ounce

This is where it counts
where each workout
should end up
because you know
the motto it's enough is
never enough

Keep the pounds coming
keep the sets coming too
every pumped should outdo
the last before you think
about being through


The Gym is where animals are born
and beast are breed
because weightraining is not only physical
is also in the head

So remember if you're strong enough
mentally and physically there's
a whole lot to gain
Keep an eye out for injuries
other than that you can take
each workout above the pain..
