All of us,
Condemned
To the same,
Unknown,
Fate.

All of us,
Keeping morale,
Up high.

All of us,
Smiling our
Smiles
Of self-
Deception.

All of us,
Maintaining
The status-quo.

All of us,
Keeping
The faith,

Anything
But to look
Death
In his eye.
