The air was still and the snowflakes danced.
Beneath the dark and Gnarly tree
Snowflakes whisper on the breeze
Swirl and dance my crystal nymphs
Bless my eyes with one small glimpse
Of your beauty and your poise.
Still my restless lonely thoughts
Lift my heart along with yours
To the night of endless stars
To a dream that once was ours.
For memories stir and hold my mind
In reflection of a time
Where pain was real and truth was thin
Where all my dreams had twisted in.
But now it's time to let time mend
Now it's time to build again
So dance some more my crystal nymphs
Seduce me and beguile
For it is through your timeless dance
That once again I learn to smile.
