This was a very interesting day
A good one though
Just really confusing...

On the Course of a Day

Today I woke at an early hour
A long day ahead, one quite short shower
I rose withe the intent to work until noon
I called you before, "I'll be there soon."

So soon was I there, I arrived at your home
But no parents there...are we free to "roam?"
I knocked and waited then you came to the door
After watching TV; it seemed you wanted more

Where this was leading only you could tell
What it was that you did, you did it quite well
I was so awkward, thought, "what should I do?"
But the thime that I spent there... can it really be true?

But soon as it started, it was the end
Your rejection was kind; it did not offend
I so off gaurd; you and I in that place
But don't get me wrong: it's one memory I'll never erase

i am so apprehensive about how awkward i'll be
if these things you descirbe here [finally] happen to me...

(posting this will probably screw up the lines, but fourteen is too many syllables for a couplet anyway.)

excellent write, m'dear...tells a story that is quite easy to follow/envision. yay you.

A very interesting day you had indeed. You presented the prime event in a very graceful but informative way, showing much respect for all concerned. Good job all around.
