i'd like to thank you formaking the
sky so gorgeously
orangely-purplely-blue this evening.
curious that you
understood exactly
the shade i was looking for
everything i wanted in a sunset
fabricated to perfection
and i have to ask you
lest it drive me mad...
surely you knew
even just a little
that the wisps
of purest fluff-cloud
twirled across the heavens would
entice me to
smile
and think of a man
devoted to your service, an
ordained preacher of heaven's melodies, who
reaches heights of
double meanings with the
intensity of his gaze and chord
progressions...

everything i think
that i should never have for my own...
perhaps i am reading too much into
everything
and seeing what i long to see
clouds turning into wonders in the sky
environmental disasters
here perhaps is nothing
other than a show of
loveliness and
light
at the end of the day
there is nothing but peaceful resplendence
i appreciate so much the
glowing beauty that warms my
heart
