that i've made a difference in your life,
yet how can a girl make a difference
in someone else's life
when she's so lost and confused about her own?
how can she be so important
in someone's life when she is
constantly reminded she's not wanted or needed?
who can change what this girl is told every day?
who can totally alter what this girl thinks of herself?
who can put a whole new view on her importance?
you can.
and you have.
and you continue to every day and
it amazes me how much i value your every word
and how much belief i have
in the inspirational things you tell me
i am wanted.
i am needed.
i am important.
i am loved.
