Wave Dancer

Salty as the sea
Playful Wave dancer
Shell figured necklace,
Frames this maiden of the sea
Briney mood washed away
By the pure innocence
Of the untamed water
As it bathes the wild spirit
In an evervescent glow
Sating the furrowed brow
To leave a child
Winsome and free
Where once a woman stood
As joy plays its music
Where only she can hear
Playing amidst the waves
As they kiss her skin again and again
She Relives again the fantasies
Of a lost life
And prays for more.

Zoya Zaidi
Yes, dera Kee,
We all relive the fantasies of past and crave for more...
That, I suppose, is life,
and that is what makes life go on...
Love,
Zoya
