Special In The Head



Trapped in an asylum of memories
straight jacketed in the feelings
of you that tenaciously cling on,
like the tentacles of a staving octopus.

Special in the head of crazy mentals and
ghoulish nightmares perverting reality,
into twisted beasts of burden that keep
chewing on the cud of this unstable mind.

Realness of sanctuary doesn't have a place
in this twisted disingenuousism of head space
I am special in the head and to that I say
"I do not want to be any other way!"
