Piebald

I have a farmers tan that is
Sun kissed from the shadows.
I like it.
The white wan parts show
I'm integrated...
Like the Lisboetas with their
Office pallidness and pale ankles.

I particularly like the the letter v
On my feet
From my flip-flops.
Too busy to care about lines
Always disdainful about uniform.
As ever sweetly disarrayed
Always just off centre.
In fact I think I'm piebald.

Only my intimate
Gets to kiss the white bits ...
