The Sleepover hits the studio... and the man who holds it, who once held me... ahh life's a funny turn of events.

Well Did You?

I didn't expect the tears in your eyes
When I played you my song
I wondered who they were for
If you knew at all,
Or if it was the bourbon you'd consumed

Yes, you knew it was about you,
But I wrote it for myself
If I'd given in, would it have been
Just another night, or did you miss me?
The chorus line my question to it all

Too much water under that bridge?
Did we make a big mistake?
Inside do you hold a place for me?
I leave the studio and you, behind
Wondering, wandering between the lines....
