Happiness

Happiness is the inspiration,
It's the journey not the destination.
Make the most you can from everyday.
Keep a big smile on your face.
Live your life at your own pace.
That's what my daddy used to say.

My father's been gone now for many a year
In my mind his words I daily hear.
He said "Son do your best you can everyday
And happiness surely will come your way."

Happiness is the inspiration,
It's the journey not the destination.
Make the most you can from everyday.
Keep a big smile on your face.
Live your life at your own pace.
That's what my daddy used to say.

In every life a little rain must fall,
The highs and the lows happen to all.
It's how we handle what comes your way
That makes you what you are today.

Happiness is the inspiration,
It's the journey not the destination.
Make the most you can from everyday.
Keep a big smile on your face.
Live your life at your own pace.
That's what my daddy used to say.

So, my friend, here's what I strongly suggest.
Take care of you own and just leave the rest.
Always do the very best that you can do,
And happiness will come to you.

Happiness is the inspiration,
It's the journey not the destination.
Make the most you can from everyday.
Keep a big smile on your face.
Live your life at your own pace.
That's what my daddy used to say.

I enjoyed the poem full of rhyme. The essence is inspiring. True happiness is the ultimate wealth of human existence.

Enjoyable read with a rhythm and rhyme that carries the reader along like a skater dancing. I'm glad I clicked on it.
