Forever Never Again

Once upon a time
Like a ray of sunshine

You pierced through my empty shell
Bringing salvation in my personal hell

Now with you miles apart
I know not if I'll move forward

Because of you I fell in love
Because of you I felt so whole

Because of you my life had a meaning
That was beyond any reasoning

Now I sigh alone
In silent tears forlorn

Living with this excruciating pain
My soul be damned in your name

This torture I'll bear for eternity
This is part of my reality

Fate seems to mock at me
Crushing the little hope left in me

There is no healing
For little is left with meaning

Miserably I fail
With every passing day

To save my already doomed
Forever never again
