Oh, my Lord, what a Glorious Sight!

Watch this day turn into night.
Oh, my lord, what a glorious sight.
The light turns grey, darkness spread.
The magic moon is still ahead.

Nightingales, they whisper truth.
Now it's time to sleep, oh youth.
Tuck them in, starlit skies.
Sleepy powder, dreams arise.

Ocean blue turns into black.
Sea horses, lightning lack.
Close their eyes and tumble through,
this eternal dream of me and you.

Meadows of green, yellow and red.
Birds are sleeping on wiresom thread.
Catch a glimt of the moon, rising high.
Wanna catch the moon, go, give it a try?

Enjoy the night in the stillness that last.
The day will be here so awfully fast.
Caress the moon, the light of our night.
Oh, my Lord, what a glorious sight!

Oh, my lord what a glorious poem!
Touches my heart and touches my soul,
Inspires me to pray to the Lord
Oh, my God! What a glorious sight,
Music to my ears, treat to my sight,
Tender to my heart, soothing from the start!

((((Hugs dear Dan, for an inspiring poem)))))

I think I'll go and write a poem on sunset, that has been brewing in my heart for almost three months now!!
Here I go!
See you latter!
With the poem hopefully!

Love, xxx, Zoya
