Raw

There's a feeling inside,
That I just can't hide,
You've broken each and every one of my heart's law,
And left me feeling so raw.

Every memory forgotten,
Every truth's turned into a lie,
Every heartbeat stopped,
Every breath has died.

Pulling me inside,
Deep deep down below,
I'm done with all that I saw,
You've just left me feeling very raw.

As if the sleepless nights weren't enough,
Crumpled bedsheets from tossing around,
Your absence has left me turned into the living dead,
I can no longer even make a sound.

Every touch has left me numb,
Every laugh has turned into a cry,
Every scent faded,
Every hi has turned into a goodbye.

Yet I crave for your voice to tingle in my ears,
Yet I crave for your touch which sends down such delicious shivers,
I can't take any more of these tears,
Your ignorance makes me feel as though I've been clawed,
You've just left me feeling very very raw......
