Silence shreds hearts better
You didn't have to write that Dear John letter
No words were needed cause your heart painted the picture clearly
With stolen colors of a fading rainbow
No words were needed when the rhythm of your walk changed keys
Undisturbed by my broken spirit stuck on both my knees
No words would matter cause saying what I feel wont change the fact
That pain is a factor of production of self growth
No words could alter what happened in the past nothing can make what should not have been last
Once the spell is cast its cast
No words were needed yet you still succeeded
In breaking what was left of a once healing heart
That is now permenantly retiring to the dark
No words were needed I stand defeated
By undelivered promises of hope that never understood the scope of love
No words were needed cause your physical not spiritual
Love is supernatural, a beautiful miracle
Yes no words were needed cause just like love; pain
Can not be vocalized, interpreted or touched
So with no word you were already saying so much
