Heart
"You have my heart"Words I have heard uttered before
then I did not comprehend their meaning
nor feel their import
This time
uttered from a heart never having said it before
Every emotion from it flowing through me
hitting me like an unexpected refreshing shower
it's import a burden
I wish to carry
no burden to me
A man whose face I can barely say to have seen
yet so burned to me
A man who I from nearly the first moment
was recognized by something within me
later more and more of me
as mine
and I
