Dare I say it? Great allegory! In that same context,now-a-days,(for many),hard candy is just a pain in the ass.

4, 8, and 12 midnight (if you kids are anything like i was back in the day) and a reprise for breakfast. enjoy it while you're young though, hard candy is hell on the teeth once you get to be my age.
