THOUGHTS OF MY HOMELAND



Illusions , delusions , hopes , dreams

Storm tossed lay

Dashed , smashed lay amongst the rocks

Sour , bitter , the taste of the memory's remaining

Yet , in the embers , hope , remains , smoldering in the embers
