Needs work

Tradition

It isn't the ring that says you'll stay
or the white dress and black suit

It isn't our parent's permission that will determine whether we will work
or the vows

It isn't whether you promise me in the most beautiful words
or in the perfect setting with the perfect plan
that will give us harmony and joy

But trusting each other willingly and truthfully
The fierce loyalty so that no man or woman or lie can tear us apart
Respecting your views and allowing our space to grow freely
together
Gently allowing things to slide knowing that
our unity is more right than
your right and my wrong

but most of all your laughter
and my gushing heart

is what makes me stay with you every day

All the components necessary, though a little idealized. The reality is to take the grit that comes along the way and know that's part of it, and get past it.
