Naked

My eyes represented hope, my hands nursed your wounds, my ears listened to your silence, my feet walked the longest distance to reach to you, my smile brightened the darkness around you, my words spoke of love and encouragement, my mind became the world of imagination so real that i lived it, my dreams about you brought me joy every morning because the ifs had gotten answers.my hugs and embrace covered your scars and weaknesses. my shoulders carried the weight of all your issues, my presence filled the emptiness in your life, my time i gave patiently even when it did not matter. But most of all is that my back was what you walked on to get to the other side, now knowing that you are where you are supposed to be i can only hope that you will find peace n happiness!

Am glad to have been part of it all and even if the memories will fade away, i will always have a reminder the footprint on my back and when i touch them i will not only remember how i felt then, but will be thankful to the heavens for allowing it to happen the way it did! i will smile knowing that it was a season for a reason.
