I saw days unfold
I saw days unfoldover dead man's
arid center court
brandishing
tickets to the end
of all past
sun's leaping like a frog
through confiscated yesterday
in pale stiff glory
I in the afterglow run
with the pain of ghosts
yesterday has no color
stretched like a patient
tangible only with pain
