I saw your wind lost in brushing

I saw your wind lost in brushing
against the very core
with so much confusion spent
in a long day's run
for a reason to not say good bye

the sky was a grey lid
you a banana peeled in vain
sunset was just another reason
to hurry up

cavernous constriction confine
totality of temptation
is a dark desire for more
than vacuum cleaners and rum

you bend the rules because you can
you tell no one of the silence
the trapped rat is in agony
your ladders are running out

Nothing against vacuum cleaners or rum, but yes: one longs for more. I find this dark, but funny too.

The temptation and desire is felt in every word of this beautiful poem. All the verses are good, but this is amazing:
"cavernous constriction confine
totality of temptation
is a dark desire for more
than vacuum cleaners and rum"
