When I were young , fifty years or so ago
Me old dad , sherd with me his life and family
History
Wars plaid no small part in the history
Poverty a plenty endured by each generation

The wars , I found my self asking questans
What had we dun , they me family dun?
To course them , who ever they are
Determand to kill us? tryde to insure that I were never consevde?

That we lived below the bread line , true times we lived above it
Lesser and greater poverty , mostly

Well , I took to studying history , to find out why it was ever so
Strangely never rely found just why

Me family , just seemed to be a tiny speck in the scheme of things , I suppose
We , well none of us , nasty anything that I found in any of them or me
Yet , our history much repeated , we must be trapped in a loop of history!

Well said, Ken. Yes, it seems that most of us are destined to be "tiny speck(s) in the scheme of things."
