Life in the fast lane

Push down the accelerator,
of your life's speed generator,
it'll make you go faster,
towards your disaster,

You play with high stakes,
without any brakes.

Expanding the mind,
only to find,
life is corrupt,
End it abrupt!

Crash to a wall,
crack open the skull,
welcome your death,
while exhaling last breath.

Your life ended fast,
and now all has past.
All days were of sorrow.
You had no tomorrow.

You lived in the fast lane,
and now you're past pain,
death has been reaping,
you are now for ever sleeping.
