A love so bittersweet.

My heart is breaking beyond repair,
I look to the left and you're not there,
Your smile, your laugh, I'll know no more,
I need to keep breathing but don't see what for,
My heart is tearing against my insides,
It's worse when you can't even say your goodbyes,
If you love someone you don't let them go,
You talk to them, you find them, you let them know,
That's what hurts me the most as tears stream down my face,
And the thought of being worthless I can't erase,
Knowing I wasn't worth your time or effort at all,
I was all alone and breaking with no one to catch my fall,
I love you so much but I also hate you too,
I need you back in my life but I don't know what to do,
Are you really the best thing for me when all I do is cry?
Was I just desperate for love when you popped up and said hi?
I'm feeling stupid crawling back to you after you let them do what they did
And instead of saying goodbye you ran off and hid,
But I love you and you love me and it's all so really wrong,
I don't know what to do now that you're gone.
