so far
away from you
the ocean is too big
and too deep
I cannot swim
back to you
your warmth for me
has turned to coldness
your desire for me
turned into nothingness
bitterness is
heavy upon your lips
tears of detachment
I see in your eyes
as I watch you
in loneliness from afar
too far
from your touch
to feel anything
you have left so far behind
everything
that was yours and mine
you have escaped from the
memory
of everything that was us.
