there are lost phantoms

there are lost phantoms in the unlocked weed
roaring with laughter and chlorophyll
undulating like green exploding tides

find me a stem a way out of time's threat
a lie to warm my heart at night's coming
a thistle blooming with a promise of autumn

dancing dervish like flowers spin
dandelion dreams are remembered by me
rolling with the everyday punch

there are ignorant ants in charge of the people
indifferent mosquitoes posing for fairy dragons
hoarding it all in off shore blood banks

seek me here seek me not
there is no point in wanting more
there is a blue barrister on the run

I love the language and the manipulated imagery. There are phantoms and interesting stories there for sure.
