A better job

If you were God would you would make a better job of it than the one we have now?
What in the name of the almighty is he/she/it thinking of?
I could do better than this
I could stop war and horrid stuff
Stop children crying, mothers weeping
Stop hunger, starvation
I would give a home to the homeless
I bet you would as well, well, you would wouldn't you
I would stop people blowing themselves up
Along with you,me and children
What the hell is he/she/it thinking of?
Okay, we are all allowed a mistake or two
even the Gods I guess
But to keep making the same mistake
no no no
I could learn from my mistakes
And so could you
Its time God/he/she/it did the same
Does he/she/it not listen to the praying?

You have my vote for our new god.
I think the old one must be dead or totally retired.
He hasn't been doing his job since he put together the universe, and I think he got too much credit for that. Maybe he/she was never right for the job.
