The dimension of time as a strait-jacket

No time

There is no time for anything,
since there is never time enough.
Your life is squeezed down into certain limits
that keep you like in a strait-jacket
out of any possibility of freedom
since your time is limited and always short,
and the more you use it economically
for all that has to be done and executed,
the less time you have,
not even time enough to sleep;
and then you have to work in constant overtime,
and you will never reach that spare time
which would finally allow you to resolve the matter
of not ever having time enough to live.
