The experience of lost love.


Touch

Baby when I touch you
all I feel is the nothing
that you feel for me
the nothing
that you feel for me

The warmth
that was once between you
and me has turned icy cold
like the wind that blows
in the winter time
and I can no longer
feel the closeness
when your body is
lying next to mine

is the nothing that you
feel for me the nothing

All I feel is the nothing
that you feel for me
and I feel
thats the way it will always be

This is very strong. The feeling of loss and emptiness comes through very clearly. The loneliness and sadness is overwhelming.
