Buy A Fraud

When you find that your most fervent dreams have been stolen by a fraud
Who assumed the robes of Power whom presumed himself a god,
While a crazed, deranged raucous bird flaps madly in the wings
And a billionaire businessman promises to fix up all the broken things,

As massing clouds of crowds of refugees hungry for a place
To feed their young, to say their prayers
To live, to love to kill and die come streaming in
And the man behind the teleprompter preaches of your sin

Wonder where the devils play in fields beyond your kin
When will the angels come what may with golden coin to dispense
Wreaking havoc in fields of hay and with the National Defense

How could anyone ever get away or ever be so dense?

Who assumed the robes of Power, whom presumed himself a god?

When you find your most fervent dreams have been stolen by a fraud . . .
