I respect , David Bowie , but , I think of those I never got to know. Who are dieing at the same time. Who never got to be known.


A FAMOUS POP SINGER DIED TODAY

One news story today dominates the news world wide
A pop singer and around perfumer - died - very sad
The world is a lesser world - fore his demise

Oh yes - people in Syria - starving to death how sad
Never mind

Now lets get back to passing of a pop icon - who died - after bravely fighting cancer
He was sixty nine - his name slips my mind - how embarrassing is that!

News has to do two things in my opinion. One is to report the truth. The other is to try and correctly decide what the important stories are. David's passing was quite important and sad to so many of us.

I was ensaddened by the news, the poor fellow's name was David.
It is sad for his friends, his followers, his family.

It is, however, the only thing that happened yesterday.
