Trucker and hitchhiker by Ann Wood
Trucker moved from Sofia to Bourgas with a trailer full of chickens. A woman around Pazardzhik stopped. He stops and she asks: "Good afternoon if you can for Bourgas? "No problem," the drummers said, "but will you let me go? - Hey, I can not, sir! "If you can not, you will walk!" And the drummers continued on the highway. Plovdiv. Woman waving. - Good afternoon if he can for Burgas? "No problem, madam, but will you let me go?" - Hey, I can not do that! - If you can not, you'll walk. 100 km. Before Burgas again waved a woman, but with a parrot on her shoulder. - Good afternoon if he can for Burgas? "You are all for Burgas today. Maybe, but will you let me go? "Well, if it's okay, I'll let you go!" But I bring my parrot with me. - No problem, give it to me. (And threw him in the back of the chickens) Bourgas arrived, the tiradeer left the lady but forgot about the parrot. Our man goes to unload the chickens, opens the trailer and looks inside - no chicken, only the parrot sits and looks at him smartly. "Where's my chickens, parrot thundered?" - Well, where, where they do not want to walk.Short story by Ann Wood
