Cigarette Stars ~*~*~*
A sighing sound late last nightLike uttering velvet, silken stringed wind
Playing at shadows on my antique windowpanes
Wrapping around my soul with crystalline crescendos
Like waterfalls indigo, like one never knows,
Shall she ever again
Light a cigarette with a star
Sliding into the rain
My wishful regret from afar
Like waterfalls indigo, like one never knows
Wrapping around my soul with crystalline crescendos
Playing at shadows on antique windowpanes
Like uttering velvet, silken stringed wind
A sighing sound late last night . . .
