Eating Light

In a window world of dream eating only light
Something simple as what may have been or no
Way is right to go wrong is waiting there behind the night
A house with weathered blinds with ivy overgrown
Is shining from a spark within somewhere a voice like a shade of snow
Illuminates the dark with words repeating images fleeting shadows throw
Although everything is plain as thought is all for one or just for nought
There is no way to say unsay the day tonight alone who may ever know ?
Something simple as what may have been or no
In a window world of dream eating only light .
