Cool Like Springs

In shaded hollows, in sacred shadows
Where dreams run cool like springs of secret thought

In the brazen bellowing glare of all that which may be only seeming
To be,
I shall turn my inner face aside and seek an altar amongst
The rolling ghostly forest vistas of soft green hills
Of trees so deep in throes of spells written in airs
So long ago

Beheld a hand wrought in jewel like flesh and tones
Waving before a pair of musical eyes like an enchanted wand
Casting spires of magic columns high and wide

Wherein this bell of crystalline echoes well we sighed
